These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can order and buy reports through our online purchasing service.

This online purchasing service is operated by BTM Consult ApS. Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this service. We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, but we reserve the right to restrict, refuse or cancel orders, as well as vary these terms and conditions at any time. If you have any questions or comments about our terms and conditions, please contact BTM Consult.

Pricing

BTM Consult has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular we try to ensure that all the prices shown on the website are accurate. Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice.

All prices are quoted in Euro or US $ unless other agreement made.

How your order is processed

After you have placed an order online with us, we will send an email acknowledgement of that order to your designated email address. This email is a confirmation and acceptance of your order.

Availability

Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our reports is subject to its availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the reports which you have offered to purchase we will email you as quickly as possible.

Payment

Payment will be stated in the invoice which follows the report /package unless other arrangement has been agreed.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The agreement between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Danish law and the jurisdiction of Danish courts.

These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details and contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the reports to you by us. Nothing said by any person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions.

Delivery

The ordered reports will be delivered to an address of your choice. The delivery address must hold a valid postcode. The delivery charge of TNT courier service for some reports is not included in the price of reports.

Deliveries are normally made Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. Normally, it takes 2-3 working days to get the reports by TNT courier service.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you, and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase. If you find many mistakes in print in your reports, please contact us and return it back. The new reports will be sent out to you immediately once we get your reports and the returns note with your order number on it.

Right to cancel this agreement

If for any reason you wish to cancel the order you made online, you must notify us within 24 hours by sending us an email. For the case that the reports have been sent to you before your cancel, please return the reports to us immediately.
